Digital Business Analyst
Design and execute the digital business aspects of the Moven business, inclusive of customer experience, business architecture and functional systems design.
A high quality and consistent end to end customer experience is delivered across the customer lifecycle and channels. Industry-leading digital business processes are designed, built, and effectively measured
Decomposition of the business strategy and roadmap capabilities into concrete functional deliverables that can be leveraged for building highly innovative digital consumer technologies
The Moven financial wellness oath is concretely and tangibly executed in our customer experience
Ensure business-alignment, quality, and efficiency by structuring Moven business architecture documentation and functional specifications for ease of use across all key stakeholders
This is a hands-on business architecture and analyst role that focuses on execution of the the product roadmap by leveraging the customer experience management, user experience, enterprise architecture, business process management, and traditional business analysis.
For clarity sake, this is NOT just a traditional BA role that translates business requirements into functional specifications, but requires someone who can independently conceptualize and design digital business systems (with a mixture of creative and analytical thinking)
Build documentation, inclusive of integration, functional specifications, and quality assurance deliverables
Interact with key internal and external stakeholders and developers to define and deliver complex and innovative financial wellness and banking capabilities
Help gain consensus on business and technical decisions and ensure that appropriate resources are employed to deliver high quality results
Foster teamwork, communication, collaboration while managing competing priorities
Must be an expert business analyst with the ability to blend together multiple disciplines for delivering high quality industrial-strength digital solutions
Must have some experience in digital consumer banking and a firm grasp of digital disruption and innovative product development
Must have some mobile or tablet app experience and have a keen understanding of the commonalities and differences between web and mobile products
Must have some experience designing SaaS product delivery models
Must be highly cross-functional across multiple disciplines including business systems analysis, BPM, customer experience management, enterprise architecture, usability engineering, scrum project methods, and quality assurance
Some of the following financial technologies: core banking, PFM, card management, payments, digital wallets, RDC, HCE, and crypto-currencies
Strong attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Superior verbal and written communications skills and history of teamwork
Exposure and/or certification in business architecture and business analysis disciplines including TOGAF, BPMN, and/or IIBA BABOK
B.S. in MIS, Business Operations Management, Computer Science or related field (M.S. preferred)
